Sales Data Audit

To ensure accurate and timely retrieval of end-of-day (EOD) sales data for reporting.

Necessary Access

  • Access to the sales data source: HubSpot and sales-stats Slack Channel.
  • Access to the SSB sheet and money-team Slack Channel.
  • Access to Closers’ calendars (Brian, Branden, Christian, Jordan P, and Zach

 

Step 1: Extract Sales Data 

  1. Open the sales-stats Slack channel.
  2. Locate all sales data posts from the previous day made by setters and closers.
  3. Extract the following metrics:

For Closers:

Raw Total Calls Booked

Total Calls Booked

ATA Live Strats

Offers Made


For Setters:

Total Calls Made

Strats Booked

DTC Called

Pickups

Strats Confirmed


Step 2: Enter Data into the SSB Sheet

  1. Open the SSB sheet.
  2. Input the extracted data under the corresponding columns for setters and closers.

Step 4: Format the Report

  1. Open the calendars of the Closers (Brian, Branden, Christian, Jordan P, and Zach).
  2. Count the total number of bookings from yesterday, excluding cancelled bookings.
  3. Take Closers extracted data and this total bookings, and add to this report:

Step 5: Submit or Share the Report

  1. Open the money-team (sales team) Slack channel.
  2. Copy and paste the formatted report into the chat.
  3. Tag the relevant stakeholders: @Nate, @Brittany, & @Jeff to ensure visibility.
